Karlie Shelley
Karlie Shelley is a trauma-informed transpersonal coach and psychedelic integration specialist. She brings lived experience of homelessness, having spent several years in temporary accommodation as a single mother, which informs her compassionate and person-centred approach to supporting others facing complex life challenges. Karlie collaborates with the Centre for Psychedelic Research at Imperial College London and recently co-designed the therapeutic model for a psilocybin trial focused on opioid dependence. Her work bridges research and practice, with a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and systems change.
All of our trustees started as volunteers on the street with Under One Sky, drawn by our approach, ethos and compassionate effectiveness. They subsequently became board members and play their governance roles, alongside continuing to volunteer as Skywalkers.
