Matthias has been part of Under One Sky for over three years, leading volunteer teams and helping improve how the charity runs behind the scenes.
With a background in system implementation and process design, he focuses on creating simple, effective solutions that make volunteering smoother for everyone. His work includes building the Resource Hub and Volunteer Sign-Up Tool, both now key to daily operations.
Volunteering keeps Matthias grounded and reminds him of what truly matters — connection, purpose, and making a difference together.
